ONLINE THERAPY · NEW JERSEY + NEW YORK
Nobody hands you a manual for this part.
Therapy for the seasons of life that arrive without instructions.
TELEHEALTH ● EVENINGS AVAILABLE ● ALL LIFE STAGES WELCOME ● PERINATAL CERTIFIED (PMH-C)
Why therapy and why now?
Maybe you're expecting or newly postpartum — everyone’s cooing at the baby while you’re quietly wondering where you went?
Maybe you're in your 20s — technically an adult, allegedly thriving, actually googling "how to know if my job is the problem or I am" at midnight while everyone else seems to have received a syllabus you never got.
Maybe the house just got quiet — the kid you organized two decades around has launched, and "you must be so proud" doesn't leave much room for "and also I don't know who I am on Tuesdays now."
Maybe you've become the caregiver — for a parent who used to take care of you, while grief shows up early and in disguise, everyone asks how they're doing, and your own mirror has started asking some questions too.
Or maybe it’s quieter than all of that — the inner critic with the megaphone, the relationships that take more than they give, the sense that joy is a thing you’ll schedule “once everything is handled.”

Expecting Parents Boot Camp
Everything the registry checklist doesn't cover: the feelings, the fears, the relationship shifts, and an actual plan for the fourth trimester. Come curious, leave prepared — and connected to other parents due around the same time.
FORMING NOW
New Parents Group
For the sleep-deprived and freshly humbled. Real talk about the parts nobody posts — feeding struggles, identity whiplash, relationship friction, 3am doubts — with people who are living it too. Babies welcome on screen, obviously.

ABOUT ME
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with an advanced certification in perinatal mental health (that's the PMH-C) and birth doula training — so I've supported people through this territory in more ways than one. I specialize in infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, and I work with adults and teens navigating life's transitions: career changes, grief, divorce and separation, adoption, and every "who am I now?" in between.
In session, I draw on evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and DBT — but my style is warm, direct, and a little irreverent, so it feels like a real conversation with real tools, not a seminar.
And some of what I know didn't come from a classroom. I'm a parent myself, with firsthand experience of adoption and blended family life. So when I say "I get it" — I mean that often quite literally.
When I'm not doing this work, you'll find me walking and playing with my dog Irwin — you may spot him behind me in session (your secrets are safe with him!) — reading everything from professional journals to beach reads, several episodes deep into a show I swore I'd only watch one of, having coffee with friends, trying a new restaurant or pizza place, or planning my next trip — near or far, I love to travel. I'm also on a standing quest to find the best ice cream.
THE PRACTICAL STUFF
Questions you may be asking
-
I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. Many clients get a portion of each session reimbursed through their out-of-network benefits — I'll provide a monthly superbill (a fancy receipt) to submit to your plan, and I'm happy to walk you through checking your benefits before we start. No surprises, ever.
-
Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. Under the No Surprises Act, you're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of costs — I'll provide one before we begin.
-
Not at all. Perinatal mental health is my certified specialty, but I work with people at many stages of life — fertility journeys, loss, and adoption; parents of toddlers through teens (and teens themselves); 20-somethings finding their footing; adults navigating divorce, separation, career changes, or caregiving; and anyone facing grief, self-esteem struggles, or a life that suddenly looks different than the plan.
-
Yes — research consistently shows telehealth works as well as in-person therapy. And it means no commute, no waiting room, and no arranging childcare (or elder care) just to talk about how exhausting arranging care is.
-
Please do, if that's what makes it possible to show up. Feeding, rocking, and mid-session diaper changes are all part of the deal. This is judgment-free airspace.
